2021-2022

Submitting this form means that you would like for the current year to count as your second year of Confirmation Preparation.

This means that you will do at least the following:

1. Attend LIFETEEN Sundays 6:15-8:15pm during the school year.

2. After Confirmation Retreat in the Spring date TBA.

3. Attend Confirmation Day of Reflection with Sponsor.

4. Complete 20 hours of Service (10 hours at St. Philip's, and 10 hours at home/community.

As a parent it is your responsibility to attend Mass regularly with your teen. Encourage discussion about the faith and share your own desire to grow in faith for yourself as well as your child.

* Attend Alpha hosted by St. Philip's Adult Faith Formation.  Adult Faith Formation will reach out to you.

* Volunteer to help with LIFETEEN meetings, small groups, or service opportunities.

Sponsor Information
The Confirmation Sponsor must be a confirmed, practicing Catholic. It cannot be a parent; however, the sponsor can be a grandparent or God parent. The sponsor should be someone that can help you continue to grow in your Catholic faith. It is someone that you trust in seeking out faith advice and direction.
